Maui estate sells for $24M one day after Hawaii Island home closes for $37M

The $24 million price for the 9.96-acre estate in Kapalua Resort, which is located on a point next to the Montage Kapalua Bay resort, was the highest-ever price for a residential property in West Maui, said Mary Anne Fitch of Hawaii Life, who represented the seller.
