'Aggressive' man arrested after Calif. Gov. Newsom assaulted in Oakland

A 54-year-old man was arrested after allegedly assaulting California Gov. Gavin Newsom as he made an appearance at an Oakland pizza restaurant and barbershop, authorities said Friday.
