VA Dept. of Elections commissioner says election 'about as smooth as we could ask for'

Virginia Department of Elections Commissioner Chris Piper reportedly said Tuesday that the statewide election between former Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe and Republican nominee Glenn Youngkin ran smoothly.
