Wharton grad expands insurance-tech startup to Philadelphia

The Pennsylvania Insurance Department issued approval for Honeycomb to write policies statewide. The fast-growing Israel-based digital insurer, plans to open an offers here in the second quarter and has built technology specifically to insure multi-family properties.
