De Soto plans suggest Panasonic could build two megaprojects at former Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant

An advanced manufacturing company, reportedly Panasonic Corp., for months has considered Kansas and Oklahoma as finalists for a $4 billion megaproject, bringing as many as 4,000 jobs. But new incentive materials in De Soto suggest that the company's financial investment could grow to double that figure over time.
