“Let’s strive for the fourth quarter and sprint for a hundred days to stably speed up high-quality economic growth.” On the afternoon of October 7, the last day of China’s National Day holiday, a ceremony was held to announce that the Chengdu’s Chengjia Rural Headquarters Demonstration Area and Pujiang International Idyllic Eco-Business District started construction. During the ceremony, 14 enterprises including zbj.com and Huaxia Kunpeng Group signed contracts. Among them, 8 signed contracts to settle in the Pujiang International Idyllic Eco-Business District while the other 6 signed strategic cooperation agreement with Pujiang County.

It was learned that the Bajie Rural Construction Expo Park is a representative among many other projects which have signed to settle in the district. With the green rural construction as its leading industry, the park will build a super complex with urban and rural integration as well as rural revitalization, integrating various forms of business such as the headquarters of internet organic integration, sojourn experience, agricultural tourism, ecological demonstration, training on rural construction, and expo forum.
“This is the first green rural construction expo park to be build in the west. At present, the conceptual planning has been completed, and the park is expected to open in October next year. ”According to the relevant person in charge of zbj.com, the project is expected to attract around 50 enterprises from the industry chain of prefabricated construction, 100 enterprises of the idyllic headquarters, and about 100 talent. When the project is in stable operation, it can create jobs for 1,600 persons and affect 8,000 more persons to find related jobs; in the medium and long term, it can create jobs for 2,300 persons and affect 11,000 more persons to find related jobs. At the same time, it will bring in investment worth 10 billion.

Further more, in order to deepen regional cooperation, Pujiang County signed regional cooperation agreements with Sichuan Tianfu New Area, Chengdu High-tech Zone, Qingyang District, and Chenghua District. As for the cooperation with Qingyang District and Chenghua District, the focus will be to balance the layout of public services in different regions through promoting the development of urban industries and the transfer of local population, co-building idyllic eco-business district in the suburb, and bettering high-quality educational and medical resources. Pujiang will also work with Sichuan Tianfu New Area to build cooperation models of “Headquarters+Base” and “R&D+manufacturing.” Meanwhile, it strengthen cooperation with Chengdu High-tech Zone in eight key areas, including industrial cooperation, park coordinated development, and deepening talent exchange.
“Chengjia Rural Headquarters Demonstration Area is one of the first 24 key areas in Chengdu to be be “upgraded and enhanced.” According to the relevant person in charge of Pujiang County, the project relies on Pujiang’s ecological situation, upholds the concept of “a high-quality forest farm nurtures a batch of urban headquarters,” takes the path of deep integration of rural forest farm resources and urban business forms, and upholds the principle of “willing to come, able to stay, well-protected, and be sustainable” to build the project cluster of the Pujiang International Idyllic Eco-Business District. As the core starting area of Chengjia Rural Headquarters Demonstration Area, Pujiang International Idyllic Eco-Business District will strive to build a multi-functional “borderless” new industrial park integrating business travel office and integration of industries and innovation demonstration, hence promoting to turn Pujiang’s “beautiful scenery” into “high economic value”. Currently, the area plans to build 29 project clusters with a total investment of RMB 19.5 billion and attract more than 90 enterprises to settle in. It is also discussing with more than 200 potential enterprises to settle in.

The initial area of the Idyllic Eco-Business District has already completed the design of space, industry, location planning and single building in an area of 4.8 square kilometers. In the future, it will create an overall pattern of “One Belt and Three Areas” integrating a meeting hall, a creative park, and a green Silicon Valley. After the completion of the project, it is not only a zero-carbon and low-carbon demonstration area, but also a development and innovation area for the integration of agriculture, commerce, culture and tourism, and a future rural park community.
