If limited by the shape of the parts, when small angle shot peening must be used, the shot peening size and speed should be appropriately increased.
5. The amount of shot blasting: the kinetic energy of the shot blasting fragment is low, the more shot blasting is broken, the lower the shot peening strength, and the irregular shot will scratch the surface of the part, so the shot should be removed frequently to ensure that the blasting (throwing) ) pill integrity rate greater than 85%.
