Teva® and UGG® Australia, two brands under Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NASDAQGS: DECK), have each received BizRate’s Circle of Excellence Platinum Awards. The two brands join an elite group of e-commerce websites and represent two of only four footwear retailers to receive the award.
The Circle of Excellence Award was created by BizRate to recognize the online retailers with top customer satisfaction ratings according to millions of customer surveys. The honor was awarded to retailers who achieved consistently outstanding ratings in the following areas: Ease of Site Use, On-Time Delivery, Overall Satisfaction, Customer Support, Product Met Expectations and Likely to Shop Again. The winners list is comprised of 81 online stores and can be seen at BizRate.com.
