Bernstein downgrades CBS to underperform

Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. analyst Michael Nathanson cuts his rating on CBS Corp. to underperform from market perform, citing the possibility that the entertainment company might have to drastically cut its dividend, as well as steep local advertising losses at its television and radio stations.
