Obama to sign massive stimulus bill Tuesday

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- President Barack Obama will sign a sprawling $787 billion economic stimulus package on Tuesday, enacting a measure he says will save or create 3.5 million jobs and help pull the U.S. economy from one of the worst recessions in generations.
