Netflix shares jump as fees raised for Blu-ray access

Online DVD rental pioneer Netflix Inc. told subscribers Monday that it will increase monthly charges for customers who want access to high-definition Blu-ray discs. The news sent Netflix shares up more than 5% by late afternoon.
