FAIRFAX, Va., April 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MainStreet Bank (OTC Bulletin Board: MNSB) announced the addition of Daniel Miner, CTP, as Senior Vice President and Director of Payment Systems.

Miner is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with extensive experience in payment systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance.  He will lead MainStreet Bank's initiative to strategically and selectively develop new infrastructure, relationships and partnerships to expand the bank's payment and risk management offerings to innovative and under-supported third party markets. 

Mr. Miner's vast experience includes treasury management services at Northern Trust Bank, with roles in operations, consulting, sales, and product management; Group Manager of ACH and PIN debit products at Paymentech; Senior Director at NACHA as head of risk management and Director of the Electronic Check Council; and Principal at Treasury Strategies leading engagements in payments compliance and risk management in the financial institutions practice.
