On March 13, 2014, American Homes 4 Rent issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013 together with a Fourth Quarter Supplemental Information Package. Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 13, 2014, American Homes 4 Rent issued a press release announcing that its Board of Trustees had declared a dividend of $0.05 payable on its outstanding Class A common shares on April 10, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 25, 2014.
