(“OTI”) (NASDAQ GM: OTIV) reports that in the extraordinary general meeting held on March 16, 2012 shareholders approved the suggested amendments to the employment agreement of Mr. Oded Bashan, and did not approve the suggested increase of the Company’s authorized share capital.
