Item 2.02.    Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On July 23, 2013, UMB Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the financial results for the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

On July 23, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a regular dividend of $0.215 per share payable on October 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 10, 2013.
