On February 21, 2006, Xerium Technologies, Inc. issued a press release reporting financial results for the year ended December 31, 2005 and announcing that Xerium Technologies, Inc. would conduct a conference call on February 22, 2006 to discuss its financial results for such period. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 21, 2006, Xerium Technologies, Inc. issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock payable on March 15, 2006 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 3, 2006. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
