Larry W. Garretson, Vice President of Operations of Noble International, Ltd. (the Company), is departing the Company as of April 30, 2007. In accordance with the terms of Mr. Garretsons employment arrangements with the Company and its subsidiary, Pullman Industries, Inc., the Company expects to enter into a Severance and Release Agreement with Mr. Garretson wherein Mr. Garretson would receive severance payments in the form of a pro-rated bonus and 12 months salary, subject to certain obligations and conditions, including his cooperation with the Company as needed. A copy of the executed Severance and Release Agreement will be filed with an amendment to this Current Report on Form 8-K after it is executed. The description of the Severance and Release Agreement is qualified in its entirety by the terms of the executed Severance and Release Agreement.
