Updated Rules of Engagement for Interacting with GetGo Employees
Now that the management team for the combined company has been announced and that integration planning has started in earnest, we should expect increasing interactions between LogMeIn (LMI) and GetGo employees. Until the deal closes, these interactions remain subject to a variety of rules and restrictions. The document covers the rules and process for communications between LMI and GetGo employees to help guide you through any interaction, whether you initiate the conversation or someone contacts you.
Permitted Interactions
There are only two types of across the fence interactions permitted at this stage. Those are:
1. | New executive (L1) initiated interactions Members of the newly named exec team (new L1s) for the combined company will be reaching out to direct reports (L2s, L3s) of current exec team members at the other company. e.g. A GetGo exec who has been named to the new combined company leadership team will be reaching out to LMI VPs and directors within their functional group |
2. | Integration planning track interactions Integration planning track leads and named working group members will increasingly be communicating as a team |

| HR will facilitate ALL initial L1 interactions Jo Deal at GetGo, TJ Ewing at LMI must be aware of and facilitate requests to interact. |
| Current managers (L1s) must be alerted prior outreach New L1s will work through current L1s. e.g. Prior to contacting LMI L2s, a GetGo L1 must contact that L2s current manager (their LMI counterpart) |
PLEASE NOTE: Any contact outside of this is strictly prohibited and should be reported to a manager.
Integration planning track interactions
| Contact should be limited to the working group If it is desired to contact individuals outside of the current group, track leaders must be informed and approve to addition |
