On October 29, 2009, Williams Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the press release and its accompanying consolidated statements of income, segment profit, operating statistics, and reconciliation schedules are furnished as a part of this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated herein in their entirety by reference.
