Amarin
Corporation plc (the “Company”) today stated that certain of its executive
officers and directors last week made open-market purchases of the Company’s
American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”). These purchases were made by the
Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer, Declan Doogan, M.D., who purchased
8,800 ADSs, and by the Company’s Executive Chairman, Joe Zakrzewski, who
purchased 3,979 ADSs.
