On January 28, 2004, The Nautilus Group, Inc. issued a press release
announcing fourth quarter 2003 earnings and first quarter 2004 earnings
estimates. The press release also included the declaration of the regular
quarterly dividend for the first quarter of 2004. A copy of the press release is
attached as Exhibit 99.
