                On July 30, 2008, Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing the Company’s results of operations for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008. The Company will also host a conference call and webcast on July 30, 2008 to discuss its second quarter results of operations.
