ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS

 

ISG confirmed today it is part of a three-company consortium awarded a three-year £25 million (approx. $38 million) contract with the U.K. government Ministry of Defense (MoD). ISG anticipates its contribution will generate approximately 20-25% of the revenue over the contract period beginning near mid-year 2013.  In addition, this contract has the potential to expand to seven years.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
