Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 7, 2018, The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (D&B or the Company) issued a press release announcing the preliminary voting results of the special meeting of D&B stockholders that was held at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on November 7, 2018 at The Hilton Short Hills, 41 John F. Kennedy Parkway, Short Hills, New Jersey.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
