On February 14, 2018, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

On February 14, 2018, the Company posted supplemental financial information on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.apolloreit.com). A copy of the supplemental financial information is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
