On April 21, 2014, WEX Inc. accepted the resignation of David D. Maxsimic, WEX's President, International. Mr. Maxsimic's resignation will be effective June 1, 2014. George Hogan, WEX’s current Senior Vice President and General Manager, Fleet Over-the-Road and Partner Channels, will assume Mr. Maxsimic's responsibilities.
