(b) | On April 2, 2019, ALLETE, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the planned retirement of Senior Vice President and President - Regulated Operations Bradley W. Oachs. As part of an orderly transition, Mr. Oachs will remain at the Company until June 30, 2019. Mr. Oachs joined the Company in 1989. He was named Chief Operating Officer of Minnesota Power in 2009 and assumed his current position in 2016. Bethany M. Owen, President of the Company, will lead the Company’s regulated operations following Mr. Oachs’ retirement. |
