Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Philip N. Seamon resigned as a director of IntriCon Corporation (the “Company”) on December 1, 2016. Effective with his resignation, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Seamon as Director Emeritus of the Company so that he may assist the Board from time to time in a non-voting advisory role as deemed appropriate.
