Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation
On July 26, 2007, the Company executed an amendment to its Loan Agreement with
Comvest Capital LLC modifying the required prepayment of the loan in the event
the Company raises funds through the issuance of equity.
