Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On August 29, 2007, Hibbett Sports, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement to increase its existing unsecured revolving credit facility between the Company and its subsidiaries and Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth Bank) to $30,000,000 and extend its terms through August 28, 2008 with an interest rate at prime. The credit agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
