CHANGES IN SUPERVISORY BOARD OF ARCADIS
ARNHEM, THE NETHERLANDS May 13, 2008 ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consultancy, design and engineering company, today announced that the Companys Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 7, 2008 has appointed Mr. Maarten Schönfeld to the Companys Supervisory Board, replacing Mr. Thomas Cohn, who was not available for reappointment. The meeting also reappointed Mr. Jan Peelen to the board.
Mr. Schönfeld is CFO and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Stork BV since 2001. Before that he worked in (financial) management positions throughout the world for Royal Dutch Shell. He has a broad knowledge and experience in international business. Mr. Schönfeld will succeed Mr. Cohn also as chairman of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board.
