The date of the meeting was correctly stated as August 22, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. at the offices of Fredrikson & Byron, 200 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55402 but the day of the week is Thursday not Monday as stated on the Notice of Annual Meeting.
