Item 2.02       Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 22, 2018, Polaris Industries Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s third quarter 2018 financial results for the reporting period ended September 30, 2018.  On October 22, 2018, the Company also hosted its quarterly earnings conference call, which was accessible to the public.  A replay of the conference call will be available by accessing the webcast link on the Company’s website at http://ir.polaris.com.
