On March 4, 2013, Brinker International, Inc. (the "Registrant") announced that Mike George and Bill Giles have been added to the Board of Directors of Registrant. As of this date, Messrs. George and Giles have not been assigned to any of the Committees of the Board of Directors. A copy of the Press Release is attached here to as Exhibit 99-1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
