Notification of Major Interest in Shares
In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informed on 4 August 2006 that UBS AG and its subsidiaries
("UBS") had increased their holding by 8,476,070 ordinary shares since their last filing on 14 June 2006. UBS's revised holding
amounts to 54,149,836 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 7.18% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
