Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

Effective November 16, 2005, Mark D. Dalton and Jay R. Bloom each resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of FreightCar America, Inc. (the “Company”). Their respective resignations as directors of the Company were not related to any disagreement between the applicable director and the Company on any matter.
