Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 8, 2006, Sizeler Property Investors, Inc. (“Sizeler”) issued a press release announcing that its common stockholders approved the merger between Sizeler and Revenue Properties Company Limited and the holders of its 9.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock approved the exchange of such shares of preferred stock for cash.
A copy of Sizeler’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
