Kevin J. Wiley, Chief Executive Officer of Interlink Electronics, Inc., was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors on September 17, 2008. Mr. Wiley was appointed by the Board of Directors to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Merritt M. Lutz from the Board of Directors effective as of April 22, 2008.
