Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 30, 2018, Owens Corning (the “Company”) announced that Arnaud P. Genis will be retiring. Mr. Genis will remain as the Company’s President, Composites until May 25, 2018. Mr. Genis will remain employed with the Company in an advisory capacity to support the transition to his successor through June 30, 2018, when he will retire from the Company.
