On February 5, 2015, the Board of Directors of Endeavor IP, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed David Waldman as a director of the Company.
Mr. Waldman will receive monthly compensation of $1,000.
There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Waldman and any other person pursuant to which he was appointed as a director of the Company.
There are no transactions in which Mr. Waldman had or will have an interest that would be required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
