On January 27, 2016, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, "Marine Products Corporation Announces a 50 Percent Increase to the Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend." The press release announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06, an increase over the previous $0.04, to be payable March 10, 2016 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2016.
