On May 4, 2016, Mobileye N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Daniel Galves has joined the Company as its new Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice-President.

 

A copy of the employment agreement entered into between the Company and Mr. Galves is attached as Exhibit 10.1 and a copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and each is incorporated herein by reference.
