Press release announcing Butler National submits gaming privilege fee to State of Kansas.

On June 25, 2008 Butler National Corporation issued a press release reporting that its subsidiary, Butler National Service Corporation, a recognized provider of professional management services in the gaming industry, deposited its $5.5 Million Privilege Fee with the State of Kansas in support of its application to manage the Dodge City Destination Casino. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Report on Form 8-K. See attached Exhibit 99.
