On September 27, 2018, Carnival Corporation & plc issued a press release entitled “CARNIVAL CORPORATION & PLC REPORTS RECORD THIRD QUARTER RESULTS AND AUTHORIZES REPLENISHMENT OF $1 BILLION SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM.” A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
