On May 5, 2016, Imation Corp. (“Imation”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”), which included the full text of a letter (the “Letter”) that Imation sent to the shareholders of Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (the “Company”) and which also announced the launch of the campaign website www.riseuparlington.com (the "Website").  On the Website, Imation included five video messages to shareholders of the Company (the “Videos”). A copy of the Press Release, including the full text of the Letter, is filed herewith as Exhibit 1. Copies of the materials posted to the Website are filed herewith as Exhibit 2. Copies of images used in the Videos are filed herewith as Exhibit 3.  Copies of transcripts of the Videos are filed herewith as Exhibit 4.
