Asia to extend losses ahead of Fed meeting

Asian stocks are set to extend losses on Tuesday as investors position ahead of central bank meetings in the U.S., euro zone and the U.K. this week while Japanese markets could come under further pressure ahead of key economic data and a slew of blue-chip earnings.
