The planned acquisition of Hybrid Earth Technologies is moving forward and is expected to close pending final financial details and due diligence. In the meanwhile collaborative efforts continue unabated between the two companies on several fronts including: hybrid block manufacturing systems; disaster relief models; and minimal impact, self sustaining, “green” prototypes.
