CoMedia Corporation Expands Sports Presence and Founds the World Soccer Society

CoMedia Corporation (Pink Sheets:CMTN) announces the formation and launch date of The World Soccer Society (the WSS). World Soccer Society will launch its membership program in February 2008 and will build an online social network community. Its members share the common bond of having participated in or are dedicated to playing and coaching soccer, at every level. This network consisting of millions has the potential to become not only an international organization with a common interest, but a highly successful business enterprise. In addition to its business oriented focus, WSSs goals also include raising funds for vital support of the sport in less fortunate countries as well as soccer programs at every level in local markets throughout the U.S.

Mr. Robert W. Bell, is a former NASL Board member, and a former owner of the nine time world champion San Diego Sockers, one of the only teams to participate in the NASL and MISL at the same time. Mr. Bell has been the driving force behind bringing the necessary ingredients together to found The World Soccer Society and serve as its Executive Director along with his duties as Chairman of CoMedia Corporation.

Mr. Bell stated, This will bring CoMedia Corporation onto the international sporting stage. We plan to build an international advisory board that will include past and present owners, management and players who will guide the 'Society' to represent the sport throughout the world. Mr. Bell added, The establishment of the World Soccer Society was the next logical step for our companys growth. The February launch date follows the Super Bowl and coincides with the excitement building around the world for Womens and Mens soccer as the Summer Olympics approach.

Curtis A. Watts, acting President of the WSS stated, The World Soccer Society is being built on a platform similar to what CoMedia Corporation established for its American Football Alumni (www.11on11.com). It will share a similar business model and will have its own soccer specific management team while sharing infra structure with CoMedia and its other sports related activities. Watts added, We aim to bring together a very large group of individuals who share a passion for soccer, and all that it means to those that have played, coached or lived the game.

World Soccer Societys mission is the creation of the Community Assistance Program (CAP) directed by Dr. Dale White. Dr. White has been involved with assistance programs based on soccer in the slums of Honduras and Guatemala for the past decade. The World Soccer Society CAPs will identify communities in need and then provide them with everything from access to clean, safe drinking water to a soccer field of their very own to bring life, health and the game, for all to share. The vision is to utilize the strength of strong and profitable international business models and the united force of The World Soccer Society and its CAP program to create WSS sponsored fields throughout the world to be a catalyst for positive change and a lasting legacy.
