Standard Tolling Appoints Third Director
White Rock, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Standard Tolling Corp. (TSX-V: TON, Frankfurt: GA0, “Standard Tolling” or the “Company”) provides the following update.
The Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Doris Meyer, the Corporate Secretary of the Company, as a director and audit committee member to fill the vacancy and has appointed her as the President and Interim Chief Executive Officer with effect on January 7, 2016.
The Company believes that the TSX Venture Exchange will allow trading of the Company’s shares to resume at the opening on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.
