CoMedia Corporation Expects Revenue from its Web Site and its other Sports Operations

CoMedia Corporation's (Pink Sheets:CMTN) core business American Football Alumni ("AFA") and ReQuest Distribution (Re-Q) and are ready to capitalize on the fall and holiday seasons. The launch of AFA's "Grass Roots" marketing campaign and national tour with the launch of the www.11on11.com web site provide the opportunity for the start of revenue from the football and sports operations of CoMedia. The coming four-month period is expected to produce a high level of business activity throughout CoMedia's operations.

Stephen White, CoMedia's President stated, "The AFA city tour has the potential to introduce our company to millions of people. With over 225 million tickets sold to high school football games alone and with 20 million former players and coaches we know we are addressing a very sizeable market. The tour along with the www.11on11.com social network site for 'Those that played the game' provide us with the platform for introducing our company and our life services and merchandise to a large market segment.

Revenue sources are expected to include a series of sports-related music CDs and DVDs. Other merchandise planned is specialty clothing items targeting football players and coaches. The www.11on11.com web is also expected to attract substantial advertising revenue as the number of registered AFA members grows. Additional AFA revenue is expected from the life services available from AFA and the web site such as travel services offered by the Players and Coaches Association (PACA). By knowing our members, we are better able to bring them value which in turn will drive the success of our organization and our business model.
